I can't remember a time when there was not a reorg happening, and I've been here a while. Is the leadership truly that incompetent that after any reorg is done we immediately have to start another one to fix what was messed up in the previous one? And then rinse and repeat?

T is run by clueless empty suits who have to "make their mark" by "shaking things up" and making the same management mistakes over and over. It goes in 3-4 year cycles of idiocy. New bosses - same as the old bosses.
There haven't been any reorgs
because we're being led by a Boomer that played musical chairs far too much as a kid
People need a bullet point for their A&D.
Musical chairs to cover their tracks.
I always heard it was scvm that rises to the top.
No one made the joke yet about rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic? 😆
A director I worked with used to say “I have to think that senior leaders know more than I do and there are good reasons behind these changes that just look bad to the rest of us.” Nah, these reorgs are just bad decisions made by the current leader of the month and next month a new leader will come in and change it all over again.
To hide incompetent management.
Because they like to represent to the board that change equals progress….it couldn’t be more wrong at T
“ The cream will rise to the top”
Yep, the turds float. Deep down they know who they are.
The cream will rise to the top
Easy.
To always have an excuse for cr-ppy kpis.
In one word answer: YES
While you were typing this, the company did another reorg.
