Connecticut was the fire headquarters for a long time. Everything was there - including manufacturing. The place is a ghost town now.

Technical Support is slowly moving to Mexico for all brands.

Customers need to move to other fire brands beyond Honeywell. The fire technical support team is amazing but they are all exhausted and deflated.

If you don’t answer the phone there’s less issues to follow up on, perfect for the new CX leadership.

Gotta make those executive bonuses one way or another. Method of choice at Honeywell seems to be on the backs of the people that do the bulk of the real work. They don’t actually give a sh-t about the customers. So a call que is meaningless to the people making the decisions to cut heads. But I bet it’s not meaningless to the customers that use that que. Keep it up Honeywell, customers are noticing. What happens when you finally ki-l that golden goose? Been headed that way for a while now. Can’t keep the cuts up forever, cut enough, for long enough, and catastrophic collapse happens.
