Not for nothing I’m surprised to see the merit pool increase. Granted it didn’t keep up with inflation nor is it close to what the UAW received but I was surprised. I expected the typical merit pool. At least Ford threw us a bone, granted a small one but still.

It was in the email sent on Wednesday from Ford HR discussing Performance Bonus.
Where does it say that the merit increase would be at 6%? Is it just an assumption or official mentioned somewhere?
I believe 6% is the ceiling.
