GSRS get 84% - What are LL5 and above getting?

Has the LL5 bonus been leaked yet?
Wonder much will LL5+ get this time. They must be hiding the real numbers fearing a backlash.
Last time they claimed they deserved to get more than GSRs.
GSRs did not meet but the smart LL5+ exceeded by 150%.
@1hae+1qYO2sgk - yes, but that was changed after the uproar. Go search your inbox from a note about this very topic. It was changed in late 2022 so everyone in 2023 has the same %.
Who the he-l cares? I personally don't care what my LL5 gets. None of my business. The point at which it would make a difference is if I was their peer (still then I wouldn't care) or their LL4...
That's not true. The year we were going to get 54% and then got 108% after the hubbub, LL5+ were getting 148% from the getgo. Don't be naive.

Anyone that works for Ford knows that the targets and AICP for LL5+ are not available to LL6 and under.

Yes, and if you really worked for Ford you would know as well. Bonus payouts are no secret inside Ford. Anyone can get the answer from HR.
