When will TK be shown the door?She is a really bad leader. Forget all the offshoring she is doing, that’s just a cost play, that will backfire, But she cannot lead through any technology trends. She is clueless about what WF needs or can do.

Maybe she just hasn't gotten her cloud certification yet. That will change everything.
Incompetence is rewarded here at WF.
she will eventually get promoted to something else somewhere and do nothing, add zero value and live in her happy place.
Are y’all talking about raccoon eyed woman with bad filter during yesterday’s all hands? If so, she also had ‘I love Amsterdam’ t-shirt on under her Veronica Beard hooded blazer, and we all know who she wore that t-shirt for.
She made my team’s work a priority and as long as it remains such I’m happy to have her in the role.
TK = THE CHEER LEADER
I’m a woman in Technology and TK DISGUSTS me!
TK probably let SVB “take a sip of coffee”
SVB recommended her for the role.
SVB's wîfe not thrilled about reason for it.
TK does make SVB's tenure look good by comparison, though. Another reason he chose her as his replacement.
CAO? What's their full name? Thx for sparing me the jokes about knowing our org.

So does Bile. 🤣 Bile can eventually be dealt with and swallowed, TK just keeps coming back up. 🤢🤮
She is not a leader or a visionary. Can’t communicate. There are so many talented women in IT if they wanted to go that route. What made her stand out?
Always have to ask yourself how does a guy in Shart, who has a Rolodex of the top technology people in the world given his seat on Microsoft board, prior ceo of visa, being on wall st for decades….yet he hires TK. Things that make you go hhhmmmm
FYI: WFT has equal India/US team members. You have to look at the dotted line managers to get the India counts. CAO in COO has the next highest number of Indian team members
She was clearly installed to manage costs ( layoffs, offshoring, misc other expense management). Other people are clearly running actual technology and tech strategy at this company. Lord knows it ain’t her, she couldn’t operate windows xp
But a boomerang comes back.
