Not sure exactly what the OP and comments here are getting at, but when you are totally transforming at 120 year old company to a completely new business model with services and an electrified vehicle profit center, you will need new outside leadership. This is what BF has done with the help of DF and other corporate leaders. Yes it is going to be financially challenging at first like any start-up tech company. Be patient and stick with the plan (Ford+).

If that’s truly the case, then we will have nothing for the future. Every vehicle in the next 5 years will have some form of electric propulsion. The tech is too new and unproven to thrift down the workforce like what was done in other organizations. Short term gain, long term pain. If I am left, do they think I am going to burn myself out while 20x LLs wait for my work to be done?!? Organization is so top heavy it isn’t funny anymore, just pathetic.
