Omg they ain’t let us go home at 6. We was having to stay until 8:30. They made us call until we open enough accounts.
Now I need to go back and watch the YouTube cartoons bahaha
Why are we talking about this? I lived through that he-l and prefer to leave it in the past. The current hellscape is enough to deal with.
Fraud well documented in all those cartoon videos. Mgt was downright diabolical in their corruption.

I'll never forget bussing staff to poor neighborhoods and having them spread out to get homeless to open accounts (outside 7-11, etc). Joked that we should carry a mirror to check if they are alive/breathing first.
Literally anyone w/a pulse had account opened by WF staff. It was mandated by mgt.

Yep. Senate should have seen all those robot cartoon videos on YouTube. Not sure if they did. They clearly illustrated the massive abuses in the branch as well as fraud and customer deception. Was horrified when I watched them. There was plenty of evidence for Stumpf and execs to see and address YEARS b4 they were forced to.
Not sure if they are still there. When WF finally shutters, they should go into the final time capsule.

I almost wish I could remember the heinous slogans for those in call centers to set up “free” online banking, overdraft relationships and credit card referrals, to add to this conversation.
Thankfully my memory wants and has successfully forgotten.

Go for Greight anybody? I remember ridiculous lunchtime branch-on-branch pep calls where people were bidding how many mortgage and card referrals they'd get in the afternoon.
