@1fqk+1qYp8dot They are good at bs but when it comes to getting the tires on the road. Next generation will take all the spaghetti thru Gemini (bard) and maybe get something. AI to the rescue.

My guess, they went there to invest their Bonus in real estate. Also see, if possible, sell one building or close Bangalore branch and save some money and get some commission.

Hey, there is a lot of diversity in India... Buddhist, Sikhs, Islam. Oh ... and then they created Pakistan.
All I know is that I never met an Indian that did not know "everything". They are the gurus of tech. Remember knowledge is not "doing".

Must be nice to feel so good about selling out Americans to pad their wallets. This is the only thing these two lewsers know how to do. Heaven forbid they actually fix the HUGE issues in the bank like they were hired to do by the incompetent BOD.

Does DEI not apply to India? They need to get up our standards/quotas in US.

Ironically, one of my India peers just requested functionality that will cost our entire group our jobs. He thought it would make it easier to do our jobs but it's already translated into a management deck that makes not needing us the ultimate goal.

My manager doesn't see this being the end goal and is trying to blame it on the middle-management being too new to the organization to understand how things work rather than seeing it as a way for them to show cost savings and move themself up the ladder.

Thankfully, with how bad WF is at implementing automation, it will take a year or two.

Will the Indians now become even more condescending and patronizing?

Let’s discuss DEI. The 2 most senior people in the picture are the two white guys with sh-t eating grins on their faces. A room filled with brown skinned people. Seems like colonialism all over again. Need to send TK to manage India and stay there . She can grow all the lemons she wants.

Remember his first tour after being hired? Shart was literally asked if we would expand globally and he said no flat out, because we’re an American bank with no international branches and that sites we did have were more supportive in nature. A few months later the entire HR and legal departments were doing research per request to see if there were ANY facet of WF that would be prohibited from being outsourced.

First time WFC ceo has gone to India. Clearly, this will only embolden the people there as well as management to shift even more resources and power there. Sad day for WFC and America. Nail in the coffin boys.
