Er, no - perhaps Scott is recognizing the $#it Show CSCO for what really is, and is cashing in the chips while they're still good. Maybe he should give KK a shout out for creating enough accounting tricks to float the boat and keep the divvys intact....for a few years. Now those few years have passed and perhaps Scott thinks the future numbers of that 3% payout per Q is.....

He sold close to 350K shares in December. DS sold 200K and JS over 250K same month.
