devops...what is it good for...Easiest thing for AI to replace....huh...say it again...
Think about it. Older, more expensive workers being VBO'ed. New, cheaper, less capable, younger workers coming in.
Then comes AI. Those less experienced workers will be the most easily replaced. Coming soon to a team near you.
It’s just business, nothing personal. Are we so lost that people believe this? When it’s your turn, it’ll be personal.

Fidelity always and will continue to optimize the value chain and weed out redundancy with consolidation and automation. If your role ever fits in the category it will be eliminated, it’s how a business works and it’s nothing personal. Try to spot the trend beforehand and move.
