Complaining internally about anything won't get you anywhere because there are too many people trying to silence you and sweep everything under the rug, making your life miserable. I've realized it's better to forget about T and find a job at a smaller company where employees are treated like human beings and where what they say matters.

At Legg's last meeting, he said morale was fine and lots of wave 2 people want to stay. Even said "numbers don't lie".
Not sure what numbers he looks at but he also seems to like to make up numbers about how great the AT&T stock is doing. Even compared us to Charter and said because we were doing better than them, it must be great here.
Of course, this coming from a political science person running an engineering department.
Amen to the OP! Left in Jan and wish I had done it sooner! Complaining is pointless. I’ve seen L3 and L4 not give AF. If you’re a high performer, best FU is leaving.

It’s not that bad, access to a company jet, driver, lodging, VIP tickets to Pebble Beach and soon The Masters. Educate yourself or marry up, too many whiners on here! Navigating Power Point is a skill, take a course.
It will get you on "the list" however.
I once stopped a job where the 1st & 2nd level wanted to put FO's in a 750cm power rack and I was written up & almost fired by the 3rd level because "I wasn't a team player" coupled with & the fact that I accepted a career path opportunity & then when the hiring 3rd called my 3ed, my 3rd decided he decides promotions & I wasn't on his kiss up list. Only the 4th level saved my job.
Years later in Engineering 6 people accepted an early retirement offer & 2 AM's in different areas had a meeting with those of us left behind. They informed me that in addition to my Eng. job that I was picking up 4 of the retiring Eng. jobs.
Have a few other stories - bottom line is that you are correct complaining or doing your job won't get you anywhere but terminated. Just sit back, relax do the minimum and blend in like a wall flower.
