The company had 8000 controls in total which were tested by a 1000 people in ITV (excluding ITV headcount in India). 8 controls per person! Even the slow ones in ITV took no more than 8 weeks to do a job that was redundant in the first place. The rest of year was spent laughing all the way to the bank (pun) … But the company kept the sham going (including the gig in India) and instead fired people who worked the controls because Derek is a fraud and Charlie hazuna-clue.

That entire Control org is massive in size and minuscule in knowledge. They had almost 2 years to get organized, upskilled on WF and most of them are still hanging around doing NOTHING except asking US people to show them their process because they want to learn. Really? Go read
