I didn’t make the grade, unfortunately still here even though I asked to be released on 1/22. Let’s hope I get selected for 2/22. The names for 2/22 were to have been finalized on 2/7.

Can’t wait for my severance check and eager to start next chapter of my life free of T abuse. I think they are well aware of that and that is why company added new mental and emotional well- being benefits so you don’t take them to court for causing mental stress and anxiety. We recently lost flexible work ability with RTO. Wonder what next will be taken away from employees. Maybe severance. So wave 3 beware cause you may get sc--wed. Wave 2 definitely will make a dent in T finances.

I'm ready for a graduation ceremony so I can escape this asylum once and for all, but only with a severance check in hand! The same holds true for many of my colleagues that are more than willing to leave early if given the opportunity!
