Nice to see management is getting 2024 PR objectives set before break. I feel better knowing there is a plan for me.

Yes, there is a plan. Sadly it involves Laying YOU off 😢🫂
If you’re 50 years old and you are not a millionaire already, then you are sitting duck. You just better make sure your million isn’t all in the soon to be worthless Central bank / Fiat system.
Now that I'm back in the office, I set the bar high to use every toilet in the building for my morning duce.
Will be nice to compare the new vs. old building for benchmarking: seat quality, paper, flush sound, cleanliness, handwashing, hand drying, paper towels.
With the nice DOE classes we took, I'm developing a fractional factorial, will make certain to have my pareto chart and will eliminate the non-significant factors that reduce the customer experience using my journey wheel as a measurement to the Customer-Experience (Cx).
OP is a troll
Hmmm. As I recall, right after the UAW strike settlement, the Company sent out a note stating we are 80% below plan. Coincidence?
The plan has been in place for a couple years now. The Ford+ transformation plan. Everyone's goals are how to support it within their activity.
They don’t follow the PR process anyway. I got canned despite having a good PR. I even got a nice raise last year.
The plan is for them not for you
What? They are doing that because it what they are supposed to be doing...not sure what you expected otherwise? They have LL4's and above looking at plans so they have to have something on paper (power point) to show them. They are just doing what they do. This doesn't mean anything. Not trying to be negative to you, but don;t see this as any kind of relief for anything. People are fickle and if someone decides there isn't a plan for your team (or you) there's very little keeping them from making that call. Be ready to bounce at all times. If you are 50+ and have experience, I'd look for a valuable (and in demand btw) consulting role. There are tons of Tier 2 and 3 houses..or leave automotive all together.
