Know for a fact that one of our "top tech" leaders said once in a direct report meeting about performance review process, that if he were to rank everyone from 1-5, he/she would be the only 5, everyone else would be more like a 3.
Also know for a fact that another more recent hire that goes into to the "top tech" group of high level leaders also refers to himself/herself in the third person somewhat often. In a get-to-know chat with a report two levels below, he/she said "well, now that you've met the [his/her name], what do you think?"

Since you recommended a website to go and learn from, how about you, good troll, go and visit the NYSE and look at Ford's stock price, and while you're at it, go look at CarEdge.com and look at the dealer days supply of Ford vehicles. OP, do you even know our leadership? Go visit the Ford media website and learn. We have a diverse talent-base from the best tech companies around the world. Bill Ford has stated on record we have the best leadership lineup right now in the companies history.
With Ford's over 100+ year storied history, that's saying something.
