Stream TV service - stick a fork in it

We are not nor have we ever been an entertainment company. Despite what other goons in the company may have led us to believe. It did not work, it still is not working - why continue to sell a failing product. Our stream service has a contract. Really ? Who is the brain surgeon who came up with this malarky ? Our price point is not competitive. The name of our product is horrid at best. So if you keep doing the same thing over and over and over again with the same results - doesn't that add up to something ?

Do you even know what streaming is? Or what the internet is?

DIRECTV Stream is a solid product, works smoothly on all devices and internet connections, it allows me to enjoy content both at home and on the go. However, I find the DVR sorting by date a limitation.

Small minded people can't move forward. Can't get past the landline.

“Our price point is not competitive.“

Man, if I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard that, I wouldn’t have to work for AT&T.
