The majority of layoffs (speaking only for my specific department) were folks who had tons of work issues anyway.

This is true. Molina Healthcare will have mass layoffs in January 2024. All departments/All states. This is why they brought Vinod from Elevance https://www.srnnews.com/health-insurer-elevance-books-700-million-charge-on-job-cuts-office-closures-2/

More reduction will continue in the very end of January and then quite likely again at the end of Q1 if not sooner. The first string of layoffs did not reconcile the budget enough.

Molina IT VPs are a-holes. Su-king up all profits in annual bonuses. They were making a list for reduction in force this month for Jan 22 week mass layoffs. Confirmed news!!
