How much have you guys have gotten - what is the range I feel like DM bonus is on the low end .

DMs are the most useless positions out there. Just a bunch of sheep and most who were promoted during the unethical days so they have a ton of skeletons in their closets.
Same for 2 ups as well. If your manager's manager doesn't like your manager it doesn't matter if you are best friends with your manager. The whole thing is caste-like. Sure - your manager or 2-up will give you pointers on getting a higher bonus and what you need to do next year.
Next year will probably bring you another area, another manager or laid off.

You are correct it is typically low end. You have to have a manager who personally likes you to fight hard to get you a higher than normal bonus, that's why in Wells Fargo it's not about what you know it's about who you know... If your manager and you are considered best friends then you're going to get a big bonus however if your manager doesn't like personally like you you'll be lucky if you get bare minimum... And your manager will have an excuse on why it is so low and give you pointers on how to possibly get a higher bonus next year.
