I saw a comment somewhere that the expectation is Farley will depart early 2024 and the Model e group gets dissolved. This would make sense since the EV plans are not happening and breaking out the financials just amplifies that. I noticed in the SEC filing that nor only is Model e losing big money, also Ford Next. And the revenue for Ford next dropped from an alleged $120 million first nine months of 2022 down to only $2 million first nine months of 2023, and they’ve already lost $87 million in 2023.
Where is the accountability to shareholders for producing profits? I don’t see any thing improving until there is significant change at the top of this organization.
