Just FYI to all ex-Cisco employees who frequent this site.
LR list for Jan/Feb is almost complete. It will be a bloodbath. I wont be checking emails for 2 weeks, in fact, I powered down my Cisco laptop and put it in the attic so I don't accidently turn it on to check emails.

So let me get this straight - 12 pto days are mandated per year? How many do you get in the US? 15?

Right, another group of one capability resources. They will clean those out too or prior to coming on. There's some other software folks you little splunkers will need to compete for your jobs with too so I wouldn't be beating my chest yet. AI is excellent for coding, and where a body is needed they are a dime a dozen. Best hope you have better skills than what the interns, EICs, and AI have.
