I want to watch Crown fail. All of my coworkers are very cavalier about our finances and how things are run. Most were hired from the same companies that we use as vendors so you can imagine that they’re quick to overpay our fiber construction contractors without performing any due diligence or oversight. To this minute they continue like nothing is happening around us.
I just want to tell them “I told you so”. That’s my idea of fun. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!
Human nature is a very funny thing. It is amazing to see people get excited at the thought that they may get to stay on a sinking ship a little longer than their co-workers.
They closed the office in Alpharetta GA and still haven’t “decided” on a new location. Our director won’t admit it but the writing is on the wall. His job is was given to him, not earned from industry experience. Coincides with the many people saying the ones in charge of enterprise fiber know nothing about the fiber industry. Older folks in my fiber engineering group think all will be well and we’ll just continue to be paid so well to wfh. I got an offer from a big power company recently so that’s looking like the move to make. Good luck everyone and happy holidays.
One can only hope for a Christmas miracle.
