Workday chaos in 1Q2024

Workday is launching next Tuesday and with it new chaos. It won't be immediate, but overtime it'll become apparent how the ball was dropped. Good luck, all.

Have not seen them switch to a new system without it becoming worse. Am sure this thing costs less and we'll see that once again you get what you paid for.

A prime example is them scrapping castlight for alight and the mess that created. They must think somehow alight will suddenly fix all their problems but we all know that won't happen. Same think will happen with this workday thing.

Can't be much worse than salesforce. Whoever bought that software really got it like digital life.

Time to throw in the towel and find a better managed company to work for if that's even possible these days!

Can’t wait, if it goes as well as INFOR. Very appropriate name, we didn’t know how INFOR IT, we were. I’m assuming WorkDay will be just as prophetic. At risk bonuses will be light in 2024, you can thank your leadership.

Nice time of year to have massive changes HR, we appreciate it!

Remember, there is no backdating in Workday. Make sure your boss does their bit right away. (Raises, promotions, job title changes, ratings, shift differentials, overtime, expenses).
