Let’s just use the Dow as our measuring stick
Dow is at 37.5k now and let’s just say it closes there on 12/29
Dow on March 31 - 33.3k
June 30 - 34.4k
Sept 30 - 33.5k
With you match on Dec 29 you are buying the Dow at 37.5k.
If you got a quarterly match you would have made 12.6% on your March match, 9% on your June match and 11.9% on your September match.
