Is mid-year bonus pro-rated?

What are the rules for getting the mid-year bonus? I heard your last day has to be on or after Q3 start (January 28th). Is this still correct?

You need to be employed until the Q2 earnings announcement to get the mid-year bonus. You can find that buried in CEC.

While other companies are making record breaking earnings.

This is definitely proof that all companies should have record profits in all industries, because all companies always grow forever!

Ironically when Cisco did make record profits in FY2023 everyone was still whiny. There's no pleasing you people.

I wouldn’t worry about it. there is no way Cisco is paying out the mid year bonus this year. our end of year is going to be around 60% at this point

I believe you have to be employed full time for the full quarter preceding the bonus payout, otherwise it's pro-rated.

This mid-year bonus is going to be a big sh-t sandwich, and we’re all gonna need to take a bite.
