I'm beginning to wonder

when the Jones Farm campus might get sold off. 5 years ? 10 ?

Intel stole and destroy our farms there. We are still waiting to get back our lovely farms.

I hope my investment double next year so I can buy those buildings and turn that business into chicken farm lands. I may consider using those engineers and their AI to produce more eggs and chicken yields. I am waiting for them to get laid off next year.

Who would spend that much money on expensive real estate in the Portland area? Companies are leaving blue states like OR and CA to go to tax friendly and regulation free areas. Both JF and FM would sit on the market for a long time. Better to just demolish the buildings and make parks.

Folsom will be sold/shutdown way before JF. I give FM guys no more than 2-3 years.

Design teams sold...like sold at a slave auction?

The building itself is more valuable than the design teams 'working' inside it.

Design teams sold off? Who would buy them?

@ozc+1qi4TVcX I'm impressed there still are design teams at Jones Farm; it seems like a ghost town. Are they 'designing' or just 'tweaking'? Also, who's the buyer? :D
