No...The Union gave up all of the new hires benefits...But they got theirs...

You would get the 30 dates to go off payroll, and then probably 4 weeks of pay as the severance.

Your severance is that you have yet to invest a lot of time into this sinking ship. You'll look back in 20 years as this being the best thing that has ever happened to you.

Yes. They’ll be given 4 weeks pay which is the minimum.

Typically people with less than a year of service are not included in reductions. I don't remember the answer, but you can find it in the severance SPD on net benefits. I want to say yes and you would be paid based on 1 year of service as that's the minimum.
