Ok, I know how it goes, First, I know some of you guys want to tell me I should read or go to the website, or call or whatever. Yes, I'll get there. Second, of course someone will wonder "can they do that?", so I will go ahead and address it up front. Yes, they can. Anyway...
With that said. Just looking for a tip to save some time on the phone. This month is my last of the 6 months sponsored medial coverage after a lay-off. I do have another job, and will get coverage there, of course, so I need to make sure I don't get charged for the COBRA plan that will likely kick in next month. I'm sure some of you have gone through this, so what's the best way to opt out? Go online? If so, which resource? Or just call the benefits number?
