Dynamic working 2024

What are you hearing about what will happen with Dynamic work requirements after February? Required time in office calendar isn't updated past then.

Mandatory 2 weeks a month in office days starting after August. Better not schedule PTO time during those 2 weeks otherwise you will get notified by HR because they don’t look at when you have off and compare it to why you didn’t go to the office. Who in upper management is the id--t that is in control of HR and has put these requirements in place and why isn’t it in writing so the associated can know what the rules are.

@orcd+1qnF7T1N I was told that they were supposed to publish the update last Monday but nothing came out. I wonder if the Pulse Survey results are changing their plans.

My group got in trouble for making people make up missed days. That stopped a long time ago.
Good thing we only get a yearly bonus, I miss all the time due to building sickness.

I had a manager tell me that the decision has been made that if you miss a certain number of days per quarter on connect week (a number which they wouldn’t give the manager) you will not be eligible for a quarterly bonus.

If you miss any Connect week days, full or partial, due to PTO or voluntary time off, you will now be expected to make up those hours on non-connect week. Increased in office time is coming.

Depends on the site. Boston and NC are packed so its impossible to 100% as there aren't enough seats. Not sure about other sites.

Whatever they do can we just get a firm answer and be done with the guessing games?? 4 years of being strung along is absurd.

I'm looking forward to mandatory 100% time back in the office.

My manager is a slacker and I will ace the image game when the full time in office load comes down.

Haven’t heard specifics but two people who are higher ranking than me believe it won’t change.

Staying the same for me. I come in one day a week on our "connect week". Plan to continue to do the same in 2024
