Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

New acquisition

What will Stankey acquire this year to try and simulate growth through acquisitions? Which company will be the next unlucky victim to be destroyed by the man who loves to buy companies and then sell them for a fraction of the price? I have no doubts that something will be announced.

Some shareholders made money, some shareholders didn't. For every seller, there is a buyer. Tough concept for some people to understand.

The Stank ppt deck claimed the "DTV transaction" was 1+1=3 . Ended up destroying shareholders and employees . The Stank cashed in , was promoted and is captain of the SS ATT . His ascent was a complete disaster that is on-going . Arrogance , 0 self awareness , soulless , delusional , d-mb , greedy

They will move to sell ATT. Already seeing the signs. Cut everything to the bone, sell off assets to consolidate, merge ops and sell the business. They are hoping Amazon or Google buys us out. The execs will walk with huge parachutes and the rest of us will get whacked.

Pick any LARGE company/industry that has nothing to do with telecommunications!

Next might be banking, healthcare, retail, shipping, anything that DOES NOT have anything to do with telecommunications!

Because that’s what T leadership does.

He is like a degenerate gambler who will take credit from where he can get it. Once the balance sheet shows the slightest improvement Stankey will strike with some boneheaded acquisition or merger in order to try and save his in the sewer legacy. Amazing how a man can act as if he had nothing to do with anything and blame the employee base for the current state and absolve himself from his hundred billion dollar plus circuses(TMUS, DTV, TWX). Both strategically and results wise TMobile and Verizon were able to outpace ATT while they juggled disastrous m&a and they both continue to widen their lead.
