Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

INFOR and Layoff information

Any new layoff announcements or notifications?

How is everyone adapting to INFOR? What issues are you encountering and will they be pay impacting? Bi-weekly deposits should go out this week so, it will be interesting to see if they are correct.

I’m adapting to 15 minutes OT in the morning in order to be in position to clock in on time & I’m adapting to 15 minutes OT in the evening to logoff/logout & securely lock up my laptop & company property per company policy after I lock out. I’m also adapting to showing remote callout to properly report/sign off on the weekends & standby pay while on vacation. Should be a win for all craft/hourly folks.

It is somewhat disgusting once you understand the now defunct MSOC and now the ESM 2.0 metrics the company has tried us on technians. The shoe is on the other foot now with INFOR. We are not going play games. We will be paid for the time we spend on premises doing what AT&T asked of us. I don't care if that is watching the laptop boot up, or having to reset the router in the morning (happens more than you think) to connect to the LAN.
I have no sympathy for those that pushed INFOR unto us, but I'm thankful. After our check is missing a single Dollar, we will come into work and stare at the wall for 8 hours. That is a fact.

Surplus notifications are sent out on the 22nd of each month throughout 2024. Good luck to all!

In another thread, someone mentioned there would be some management layoff notifications mid or end of this month, January. Unsure which department, maybe someone can enlighten us with that information.

If there is a surplus in Jan, the calendar shows it on 1/22. Names to be submitted and approved the 2nd week of the month.

Depends on where you are located and what business or org you work in. SE bargained here and we get paid this Friday 1-5-2024, last payday was 12-22-2023.

"Bi-weekly deposits should go out this week "

Last week for hourly management was payday so it will be next week for us.

My first deposit in December was correct but I’m unsure if it was from the old payment system or fed from INFOR.

INFOR so far has been a challenge for me (bargained), after the first day, clocking in and out hasn’t been an issue, it’s everything else. It’s going to take a while to figure out all the work arounds and how to make corrections and adjustments. New issues keep popping up almost daily so, it’s imperative that staff or SME’s to have a faq and resolution page that gets updated daily.
