I say let Sheila Ford Hemp take over Ford. Look what she has done for the cultural with the lions, she hired people that could run it and get things done..... That is what we need here at Ford.

Forget Sheila. Throw a bunch of money at Mulally to come back for a couple of years and fix everything. Though that will just delay the inevitable. (Spoiler: that's bankruptcy and being bought by Tesla, Rivian or a Chinese company.)
Ford's problem they either hire someone incompetent from inside like Farley and others over the years. Or they hire someone from the outside that dont fit like Hackett. The only good one they hired was Mulally. Then its the usual routine, they gut upper management and put there OWN people in charge.
