Reorganization ???

Does anyone sense there is a major reorganization on the horizon? Seems like quite a few are going on sabbatical and returning later in the year.

Agile anything are always easy to let go. The chapter leads who aren’t responsible for anything real are also at risk. If you deliver rather than talk about work, you have a better chance of survival.

Or if you’re in the Merril mafia, it doesn’t matter what you do..even if you’re an complete mo--n, you have a spot at the pasta table.

They gotta keep doing these refreshes as they can use it as an excuse why stuff is still not getting done on the mainframe "We are still learning our new org and roles, give us more time." Each refresh is a delay until VBO/retirement.

Usual gang of id--ts.

So many Agile refreshes, seems like they occur every 6 months.
Poor/bad leadership hiding behind Agile.
'Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. ‘
Time for some Chapter Area Leads and Chapter Lead heads to roll.

I do believe so. Have a bunch of changes in WI, agile refresh, PI, D&I so many. I think big changes are coming. Just wonder when. And you keep seeing the VBO rumor.

Net promoter scores confirm that FFIO would benefit from a leadership shakeup.
