Looking for scape goats to blame for the results created by poor management.

Ford is looking for the same kind of good people that Harvard has been looking for. Not looking for people who lead good and work good but people who check boxes good and write grammar good.

Maybe Ms G-y from Harvard would be willing to “step up” to Ford to get them to the next level.

“Ford is always looking for good people”
Because they aren't finding any, especially at the C level.

I NEVER trusted my employers, even in the halcyon years of the 90s. I saved and invested from my first paycheck. 36 years. But even though I’m pretty well set in that regard (as long as the economy doesn’t collapse), I still wasn’t ready to stop working.

Glads I got out of there - retired during the Covidian era.

Wow some, or should I say more than most were not sufficiently saving for the Golden Days. Vehicles/bigger pads and Disney vacations were the in vogue thingz to do.

Oh well.

It's the people thing......................

Ford is a mediocre company at best

But Ford won't let good people move to another area of the company when they aren't wanted in one area. They don't give them a chance. They just fire them.
