Not sure what to expect. Is it game over / PIP if i get below target?

You should always be interviewing.
If you are black or female you will be fine.
If you are a white male, you are screwed.
You will get a below average raise, or none at all. Your bonus will be reduced significantly. You should be looking for a new job. If you are fortunate, you will get released when an offer comes in.
You'll be separated
You will definitely be targeted for firing or layoff with the next round. In the meantime be prepared for a demeaning and increasingly degrading experience. 😢🫂
