I googled the name listed on the subpoena. There is one who works for a O&G company. Wonder if that is a friend he was with?
@eui It keeps getting postponed because the judge keeps saying they can postpone it.
His attorneys are probably stalling in an effort to get the charges reduced.
The unserved subpoena is likely for a witness, since victims aren’t named in SA cases.
Wonder why it keeps getting postponed? And who the person is that has the unserved subpoena?
