With 2 reps who were let go last April. Both said they have never been happier and it was the greatest blessing in disguise ever!!

I left over 2 years ago before the last round of layoffs (worked with Mondelez for almost 10 years before I left). I was burnt out and took a pretty big pay cut to go into a completely unrelated field.
I can honestly say I don't regret it, and I still make less. I'm in a job I love doing and is far less stressful. As one former coke merchandiser told me: "the money isn't worth your health and happiness.". He was right.
Got let go in Jan. 2023(after 35yrs) yuppers, who could have thought it turned out to be the healthiest & happiest thing to happen. Obviously, old school , so get pension etc…but, doing something I have a passion for now & making as much as $90+ an hour. No lie, in unrelated field, where I’m my own boss in one aspect of the arena, now working in!
I’ll raise you 100, everyone I know is happy they are gone!!! 🤪
I’ve talked to 3, and they’re all happy it happened
Take off your blinders and stop asking others, be brave!! More people have left and been very happy then your “one guy who went to Kroger and is miserable”! Maybe he’s always miserable! Former rep here…grass is way greener
What did he expect at Kroger lmao???
Well yea staying in retail is all pretty much going to be the same
A guy I know went to Kroger and hates it so the grass isn't always greener
There are plenty of options, you just don't want to work any harder than putting food on a shelf.

I was let go in April. Currently work strictly 9-5 sitting at a desk making more. I would never go but to that sh-t hole of a company.
Unlike you the rest of us have options. Who said anybody has to stay in the retail industry?
There's not much opportunity out there peeps unless you want to work at Walmart or Kroger
Add another!!! Best ever! Worst organization I’ve been associated with!
