Crazy to see coming back from shutdown that my leadership is setting up an in depth development discussion with the entire team THIS WEEK....we do 1:1 talent assessments, but now we are going in depth and need to have 6-12 month performance metrics. wonder if this is happening across cisco or just in some pieces of the business

Leaders received invites for training on these discussions in October. They have been in the HR system for managers to schedule since mid-November. They are happening at their predetermined cadence that was announced over a year ago. This isn't part of some grand conspiracy or plan to get performance documented before some layoff. Correlation != causation
Legal requested HR to implement this for documentation protection in case of lawsuits
