Weather wasn’t just a warning. Tore up part of our house and no electricity.
Well I was correct to be suspicious. I got canned.
We have 60 mph winds and thousands of people without power in NY.
Definitely sus they prefer people be wfh for layoffs.
I was also pushed to work from home today and tomorrow, because of flooding. so we will see
It’s not odd people. If the weather is bad you can use the exception to wfh with permission from mgmt. no catch so relax.
Ps signed another mgr
This place is just evil how it breeds paranoia among its employees, not unfounded paranoia I must say, it’s like some sick Hunger Games-like scenario. Everyone wakes up here in fear of ‘is today my day?’. well, not everyone. If you’re in a Growth Center location you probably sleep a he-l of a lot better than everyone else. For now. Until Robin and Alejandro decide there’s an even cheaper location than yours.
Another layoff round tomorrow
They suggested we wfh last year the day of layoffs for some water issues.
Sounds odd
