Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

RTO, is more like RTnoO

How is that not sitting in my office and meander my way around the building will be better than having my own dedicated space?

What a bunch of dummies running this "do nothing company"

RTO, is more like RTnoO

Thou does protest too much. Guilty sees as guilty does...

Its about time workers get into the office and actually work.

You've clearly haven't been into the office, have you?

Lenox was packed out today. Wasn’t even room in the break room fridge for my lunch. Wasn’t a single seat available on the floor I was on. Haven’t seen it this packed since the summer. I know a message went out that they are tracking time in the office now, probably why it’s so full.

Alpharetta was full today. Left for an early lunch and couldn’t believe how full the parking lot was. I almost couldn’t find a spot when I got back. Team meetings? It wasn’t even like this last week. Haven’t sent like this since the start of RTO last year.

This is about to change as in the not to distant future T will be going to a 5 days in office for most employees. UPS announced it last week, it just takes one to start and the others will follow. After all, that is why we are 3 days, because other companies did it first. Remember, T follows, it does not lead.

The office space I am in is supposed to have 50 people on average every day. We are averaging less than 15 in the office each day. Of course, we are in a city that is getting shut down, but Stank rushed to open this building this summer to house us. Waste more money on stupid policy.

Dear executive team, let’s have a clear policy on this and then we can all abide. Playing favorites is tearing us apart.

You’re still RTOing?
In all seriousness, some locations have very little occupancy for the size of the office.

My golf game would improve if RTOP ended.

Imagine how much employee morale would skyrocket if RTO was just cancelled altogether.
Imagine how much more productive everyone would be.

Guess we’ll never know 🙄
