Crown holds 10-20% of your pay hostage every year. Its ridiculous. Trust me that wiould be in your base salary elsewhere. And not subject to the inbred mgmt games.
Having moved on after 10 years it is sooooo nice to be paid upfront and not have the bonus tax or political bs.

I was informed by my Director today 70% max bonus and 3% pay increases.
