Bny going under

It’s on its way. Look at what all these senior people have done the last few years to this place and it’s getting worse . Now they’re selling and consolidating multiple locations . Hard up for cash while acting like they’re making profit . If that were true none of this would be happening and employees wouldn’t be losing as many benefits or recognitions as they have been

@xer, any employee who isn't making us money shouldn't have been hired to begin with.

Absolutely be angry at RR. How is he still here!!?? Nobody likes him, he's kind of like Ceausescu. Everyone pretends to like him but in reality, they're afraid of him. Once he goes, the people will rejoice.

BNYM isn’t a charity. They have to cut expenses or get taken over. if you want to be angry you should be angry at people like Roman Regelmann who make millions of dollars per year to automate Operations and have failed to deliver for eight years.

I thought this would be the case since the CS days (and that wasn't too long ago), yet it's still plugging along. BNYM is the largest custodian so I have high doubts, BUT, never underestimate an incompetent leader's ability to mess things up.

All it takes is 2-3 large clients to move their business elsewhere and then things start to fall fast.

The writing is on the wall so to speak. They offer the Worst benefits and are increasingly getting reduced every year.
