Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Info support SME let us know he no longer will support us?

We have employees who aren't getting paid at all and countless checks are incorrect for unknown reasons. Today the INFO SME suggested we create local policies to mask the problems with MP codes? Calling payroll has ques of 3-4 hours. I've head field forces have payroll problems too? I'm guessing we need to ignore our primary job functions and deal with paycheck drama.

For the paychecks that were for the wrong amounts - be warned that they’re reversing direct deposits in those cases.
