Propaganda...just like they say we benchmarked competitors and our salary and benefits are competitive but do not show the data. Saying we want free coffee and verbal recognition. Saying more collaboration with pen office spaces and hostelling. Saying wfh is effective then changing it to rto is more effective. I say...show me the money.

If you have read recent polls a higher percentage of the workforce is flowing this way.
It's truly not new, in that last few years this as been a trend. More PTO, work from home, better medical vs. higher pay.
