News are starting to come in this morning. Cognizant, a company from India is starting to take over. So far what we know is that they will take over many departments from retail and corporate sides. The depo, store openings and more. I believe that the outsource is going to be massive. Fasten you seatbelts!!!

Easy decision since most FTEs are working at 50% capacity while ETWs are given SLA as per SOW so they can be overworked and micromanaged.
What an insane post. Get a new hobby.
They’re just consolidating contracting agencies to cut costs across multiple talent agencies.
Also, this happened in April. And Nike has worked with Cognizant for over a decade.
This happened at HQ years ago for local talent. Consolidated to one company.
I had no idea there was so much neurosis at nike. You must be a > 2020 hire.
Cognizant came..that why RAT got fired.
To state it slightly more accurately Cognizant just got first line support...not all of techops.
awesome
Digital TechOps is with Cognizant.
Cognizant at least has a better American presence than infosys or wipro. Not great news but hey that’s business on that side of the fence. I lived that area of production support, its razor thin for headcount and that’s always the first area they look to cut.
You guys are infuriating. If you don't know anything DONT POST anything.
This work was previously and already outsourced to a company called Stefanini. Cognizant coming in was a planned structure change to consolidate many individual MSAs to include these into a GT agreement. Stop spreading fake news when you're a year plus outside of the know.
Source: I DO know all about this work
I thought that happened last year. Cognizant got all of TechOps. Now that they have a handle on things, what happens to the Nike teammates?
