If you don't have equity as part of your compensation, you aren't a top performer at Ford. Perform better and the rewards will come.
This is the equivalent of "Do you feel sad?".
Easy solution: quit & get a better paying job elsewhere.
If you are a software egineer then you are overpaid because Ford software is garbage.
