Wondering if anyone has heard if they will be offering early retirement this time? If they want to get rid of some of the 50+ employees good way to do it!

Remember Calderoni? He used to brag about all those hundreds of billions of dollars CSCO had sitting in the Caymans. All of a sudden this company doesn't even have 2 nickles it can rub together for the foot soldiers who did the hard and dirty work for this Company over the decades. Not cool.

Since you couldn't read the previous 100 posts on this topic, the ER was Cisco giving everyone a year's salary and benefits to immediately go en masse to its competitors. When they first made this mistake it was known ahead of time so people were prepared, leaving Cisco on a Friday and going to their new company the following Monday. A regular layoff will accomplish the same thing for far less money.
