$40K in checking, $70K in money market, and $60K in brokerage, to $170K total. Accelerating vesting would increase that number contingent on how long out they accelerate.

As for emergency funds, I won't have to work for 4 or 5 years if I want. However, I have a side business that I can focus on that's a pivot away from tech.
Lastly, macroeconomic swing trading will be another stream of income.
