Most days they keep talking about “the buyer” and pretending AT&T isn’t a significant owner in this new “thing.” Amnesia? Why is AT&T so intent on washing their hands of an asset they will still have a huge vested interest in?
The sentiment is strong that this is the worst handled M&A transaction that any have experienced in their careers.
