Don't leave unless you have another job. Some areas of the job market may be on fire, but many are not.

Bonuses are a thing of past for my team. Almost embarrassing to put it mildly. Hopefully SUB will come thru in next round assuming they don’t fire me for RTO cause. After 10 years of service I am looking forward to saying goodbye to this place.
I left after my bonus back in 2023. I got a good job in a tech company. Half my compensation package is in stock now.
The job market isnt as good as the trolls here think it is.
