What were the decisions made on who was picked to be on the FST Team for RCSA?

If you are not in co tell org you are a note taker period.
They picked the worst BCM employees and said "Congrats, you're going to document a bunch of lies, then get outsourced to India and laid off! Don't thank me, you DESERVE it."
FST RCSA team has been offshored to India
In CSBB it was on a voluntold basis. Execs were asked to nominate a couple of people from each org.
